I just launched a brand new Art, Design, Music, Photography ..etc.. social network about 48 hours ago. I already have gotten some good traction and getting a bunch of members signing up.

- Another call has gone out, with no time to spare in the creation. Machines is an animated jam session sponsered by the Toronto Animated Image Society. In the TAIS Anijam, one must complete a ten second animation between April 13th and May 15th, using whatever they wish to use, representing their ideal of the topic of machines. All one needs to do is head over to their site, fill out the submission form, and get animating… no fees apply! Yeah, it might take some work, but I think this is another great opportunity to give yourself something to create, and enter for a little more street cred… Head on out there!!

I’ve been running this blog for about a year now and I’m starting to get the feeling that it’s not hitting home with any of our readers. I don’t even know if we have any readers that come back regularly. Basically I’m writing to see if you guys are finding the info that we put up even interesting.
We don’t see any comments that are worth posting-most of them are SPLOGS! We search everday to find insparational sites, products and services, but i’m starting to feel like it’s really not appreciated.
I would really appreciate some feedback here!

- Ya know, the first installment of Paper Mario is still a great concept in my eyes… So how do you think they could improve the next one? Well, they just added more old school kick to it. - It was only a matter of time before technology would enhance the religious into “one stop shops” for biblical knowledge. The Solar Powered Talking Bible has every piece of text forgotten from the days of being altar boys, right at your fingertips. Flip through any chapter or verse. I’ll just say this… Once I saw this product, I have been wondering when they will begin to use the catchphrase, “Powered by God”?? A bible that’s solar powered?!? You know they’ll use it… Also, I wonder if Heston has supllied the voice??

- Better known for the uniquely designed flash drives, Mimoco has decide to give you a chance to get creative. The Blank Vimobot is a do-it-yourself vinyl art toy to customize however you see fit. Get creative enough, and can entered it in for chance to become a real Mimobot USB flash drive!! Now, I have to order mine… Get to it!!

- Emotiv, the newly created Austrailian company does not think we should bother playing games with our hands anymore. They are working on the future… Project Epoc uses your brain to dictate your game play. Think it will stink?? Well, don’t tell that to the Austrailian government… they just footed in over a million dollars in funding!! This is were I can envision Nintendo eventually get there hands on it, creating a useless movie plot to launch both a long awaited game and a new controller!! ” I love the PowerCap. It’s so bad…“

- It seems the doors to iTunes are slowly opening wider. Recently, a 30 minute movie called “That” has been released onto the site… by an independent filmmaker!! Yep, it seems that the power of being the great and powerful movie studio will not remain in control over at Apple. Well, I have yet to run across more aspects to confirm the idea, but I pray that more independents and obscures have a shot to not only promote through one of the largest media downloading sites, but also profit a little as well. Sounds like a nice idea, doesn’t it??

-  Have you truly become bored with your old Atari setup? Do you need a new use for them aside from collecting dust? Well, here one idea posted over at Hang & Play… Granted the idea is not up for mass production yet, but in view of the picture, it doesn’t look as if creating them yourself would be that hard to do… Now get to making me one please!!
